Product Features:

Robust Construction
Built from high-quality ductile iron casting, the GQ40 Steel Bar Cutting Machine boasts a compact yet durable design. Its solid structure ensures reliable performance and long service life while minimizing space requirements on-site.

Advanced Lubrication System
Featuring a box-type enclosed structure and a gear splash lubrication mechanism, the GQ40 provides efficient and continuous lubrication. A single oil refill supports uninterrupted operation for over two months. For best results, always keep the oil level above the designated scale mark.

Energy Efficiency
Thanks to improved lubrication and rolling bearings at the gear shaft ends, the GQ40 significantly reduces internal friction and energy consumption. It delivers up to 33% energy savings compared to conventional models under similar workloads.

Easy Transport & Maintenance
The GQ40 is designed for mobility, featuring front-wheel steering for smooth movement. Its straightforward structure allows for quick maintenance and servicing, enhancing overall productivity.

Secure Blade Mounting
Equipped with transparent fixing bolts, the knife plate remains firmly secured during operation, offering enhanced stability and resistance to wear or loosening.

Safety & Precautions for Use:

I. Preparations Before Use

  • Manual Gear Check: Rotate the machine manually to ensure proper gear meshing and smooth movement.

  • Blade Installation: Confirm that the cutting blade is securely mounted, maintaining a gap of 0.2–0.5 mm between the upper and lower blades.

  • Bolt Inspection: Check the tightness of all bolts and fasteners across the machine.

  • Electrical Safety: Ensure all electrical components are in good condition with proper insulation. Install leakage protection devices and verify that the grounding wire is correctly connected.

  • Lubrication: Lubricate all rotating parts thoroughly before startup to reduce wear and ensure smooth operation.

  • No-Load Test: Run the machine without load to verify normal operation. If any abnormal noise or movement occurs, stop immediately for inspection and repair.

II. Precautions During Use

  • Correct Cutting Position: Always position the steel bar at the lower section of the blade. Avoid using the upper blade unnecessarily to reduce wear and strain on the machine.

  • Blade Condition Monitoring: Check the blade condition regularly during use. Replace or resharpen the blade if it shows signs of wear or damage.

  • Safe Troubleshooting: If any malfunction occurs, immediately cut off the power before inspecting or servicing the machine.

  • No On-the-Fly Adjustments: Never attempt to adjust or repair the machine while it is running.

  • Safety Guards: Ensure all protective guards are properly installed and secured before starting the machine.

  • Proper Clutch Operation: Fully depress the clutch when engaging. Avoid partial engagement to prevent accelerated clutch wear.

  • Waste Removal: Regularly clear waste material from under the blade area to prevent pressure buildup, which could damage the fixing bolts on the knife plate.
