Product Features:
Durable Construction
Built from high-quality ductile iron casting, the GQ42 steel bar cutting machine boasts a compact and robust design, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments while minimizing its footprint.
Efficient Lubrication System
Box-type closed structure uses a gear splash lubrication system to guarantee optimal lubrication. With a single oil refill, the machine can operate continuously for over two months. Note: Always keep the oil level above the marked scale line to maintain lubrication efficiency.
Energy-Saving Performance
Thanks to enhanced lubrication and rolling bearings on the gear shaft ends, the GQ42 significantly reduces friction and wear. It offers up to 33% less power consumption compared to similar machines, without sacrificing cutting power.
Easy Mobility & Maintenance
Designed for convenient transportation, the machine features front-wheel steering for agile movement. Its straightforward structure also allows for quick maintenance and part replacement, minimizing downtime.
Secure Knife Plate
Equipped with transparent fixing bolts, the knife plate is tightly secured to prevent shifting or damage during heavy-duty operation.
Safety & Operation Guidelines
Preparations Before Use:
-
Manually rotate the gear shaft to ensure proper meshing.
-
Confirm the blades are tightly installed with a 0.2–0.5 mm gap between them.
-
Check that all bolts are properly tightened.
-
Inspect electrical wiring, insulation, and ensure leakage protection devices and grounding wires are correctly installed.
-
Lubricate all rotating parts thoroughly.
-
Run a no-load test. Stop immediately and inspect if abnormalities occur.
Precautions During Use:
-
Always place the steel bar at the bottom blade edge for optimal cutting. Avoid unnecessary use of the upper blade.
-
Regularly inspect the blade. Replace or sharpen it if signs of wear are detected.
-
Disconnect power before performing any inspections or repairs.
-
Do not repair or adjust the machine while it is running.
-
Ensure all safety guards are in place before operation.
-
Fully engage the clutch; partial engagements may lead to premature wear.
-
Keep the cutting area clear—remove scrap promptly to prevent stress on the knife plate and bolts.
