Operating Principle

1. High-Speed Straightening

The motor drives a high-speed belt connected to the straightening cylinder. As wire passes through, it is straightened and simultaneously descaled with a precision straightening die, ensuring a smooth surface.

2. Accurate Feeding & Cutting

Twin transmission rollers, powered by gear reducers, push the wire forward. These rollers also engage a crank mechanism that moves a hammer head vertically to drive the cutting cycle.

3. Efficient Cutting Cycle

Once the preset wire length is reached, the hammer head strikes the upper tool holder, executing a clean cut. The finished wire drops into a receiving rack. The tool holder then resets automatically, ready for the next cycle.
