Operating Principle

High-Speed Straightening
The machine utilizes a high-speed motor that drives a belt-connected straightening cylinder. This cylinder, equipped with straightening dies, removes surface rust and perfectly aligns the wire as it moves through the machine.

Precision Feeding & Cutting
Two transmission rollers, powered by the motor and gear reducers, feed the wire forward with high accuracy. These rollers also rotate a crank wheel that controls a hammer head to execute precise cutting cycles.

Cutting Cycle Process

• When the wire reaches the pre-set length, the hammer head strikes the upper tool holder, cutting the wire cleanly.

• The cut pieces fall into a receiving rack, and the system resets automatically.

• The tool holder returns to its original position, ready for the next cycle, ensuring a continuous and efficient operation.
