How to Use the Portable Rebar Bender

Main Components

• Bending and straightening head

• Oil pipe

• Electric hydraulic pump

Preparation

1. Check that the oil pipe and oil meter are functioning properly

2. Connect the quick coupling on the oil pipe to the coupling on the bending head

3. Position the steel bar flat and aligned with the bending module

Operation

1. Switch on the machine to start the oil pump

2. As the load increases, hydraulic pressure rises to 63Mpa

3. The push shaft extends and bends the steel bar to the preset angle

Adjustments and Completion

• Manually verify the bending angle

• To release pressure, turn the manual valve handle

• After use, power off the machine and disconnect the quick coupling
